Scammers advertise on search engines with enticing offers, such as free instruments. Customers are then asked to transfer a deposit (50%) for shipping the instrument, but the goods are never delivered. Private accounts or accounts abroad are provided for the deposit. A supposed delivery date is only agreed upon after the 50% deposit has been paid!
Please note the following:
- M+S Piano-Express GmbH never requests advance payment or any kind of deposit from you!
- With us, you pay for the transport directly upon pickup (from the sender) or directly upon delivery (to the recipient) in cash or via real-time bank transfer.
- We will never ask you to transfer money to private accounts or accounts abroad!
